What every proposal includes
The generator follows one structure that keeps proposals short and specific to the client’s project:
- A two-line opening naming the exact specialization the job needs, with a note that your portfolio is attached.
- What you’ll get: the deliverables that matter for this job.
- Approach: how you would handle this project, using details from the job post.
- Delivery time and price exactly as you entered them, as a fixed price or an hourly rate.
- One relevant question to the client, to start a conversation.
What it avoids
- Generic openings such as “Hi”, “Dear Hiring Manager” or “I am excited to apply”.
- Invented experience, clients, results or projects: it is instructed to use only what you provide.
- Timelines or prices other than yours.
Always read the draft before sending. AI can still make mistakes, and the tool does not submit anything to Upwork: you stay in control of what you send.
Questions
Who can use the Upwork Proposal Generator?
It is a members tool for people in the Kasmi Freelance coaching and community. You unlock it with a members access code.
How do I get an access code?
Ask on WhatsApp (+212 6 09 74 02 05). If you are not a member yet, the coaching page explains how to join.
Does it send the proposal to Upwork for me?
No. It writes a draft that you copy, review and paste into your Upwork proposal yourself.
Which AI writes the proposals?
Google Gemini. The tool sends it your job post and details with instructions to stay specific to the job and not to invent experience, clients or results.
Is my job post saved?
The tool does not save what you enter on this site. Your job post, portfolio link, price and delivery time are sent to Google’s Gemini API to write the letter. Once unlocked, the tool stays unlocked on your browser for 30 days. See the privacy policy.
